Settings, AI usage, and your data

The Settings page is read-only on purpose — it is the app's account statement. It shows the store the app is installed on, this month's AI usage, and exactly what data the app can read.

AI usage: 100 free uses a month per store. Writing or improving one message costs 1 use, Generate all costs 4, and typing suggestions are free. The window resets 30 days after your first use of the month; the exact date is on the card.

What the app keeps, and for how long: pre-chat form submissions (your Leads) hold a name and contact details for 365 days and are then deleted automatically. If revenue attribution is on, order matching uses the customer email and phone only, looks back 7 days, and exists solely to power the Analytics revenue card. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored.
