Every pre-chat form submission is saved here — including visitors who filled in the form and then never opened WhatsApp. Those contacts are usually the most valuable thing the widget produces, and without the form they would leave no trace at all.

Each row shows whether the visitor continued to WhatsApp, which page they came from, and what they asked. Message them back in one click, or export the whole list as CSV.
